Sportsman Trackwork Wrap

At Flemington on Tuesday morning Second Bullet was tuning up for his next assignment and the Danny O’Brien-trained galloper was responsible for an impressive piece of work.

Galloping solo over 1400m he clocked 1.36.89 for the journey and 23.24 for his closing 400m. He heads to Moonee Valley on Friday night for an event over 2040m and is sure to appreciate the drop in grade from his last start in the Group 1 Turnbull Stakes.
