Filly Embraces blinkers on

The addition of blinkers saw talented filly Embrace Me bounced back to form at Moonee Valley on Friday night.
After being trapped wide first-up before putting in a disappointing effort at her next start, trainer Danny O'Brien turned to a gear change to spark Embrace Me to form and the change worked wonders.
"Damien gave her a great ride and she is a talented filly so it was great to see her perform so well," O'Brien said.
"It really was a head scratcher last start as she was in the race to win, but was poor late and the next day she was all ok. So we went with blinkers and it worked."
The daughter of Shamexpess has won twice from 6 starts so far in her career.
