Victorian racing returns on Saturday

After grinding to a standstill, the Victoria Racing Industry resumes racing at Caulfield on Saturday for the Memsie Stakes meeting. With minimal disruptions, the O'Brien team are looking to consolidate after an encouraging start to the Spring on Liston Stakes Day.

Several Spring hopefuls resume in sprint races on Saturday. Classy mare Megadeal returns to racing after a break and her record shows that she is a Spring horse and given that she looks better than ever, we are hopeful of her racing well fresh. Aunty Betty and My Only Hope are the two other mares kicking off.

Undefeated pair Pins on Parade and Absolut Glam both get their chances to keep their records in tact. Pins on Parade missed his run on Saturday at MooneeValley with the meeting being called off and he is set to line up in the McNeil Stakes. Snowland Filly, Absolut Glam, comes straight to town after she showed an excellent late burst to take out her Maiden in good style at Seymour.
