Absolut fabulous at peak

MAGIC Millions Trophy favourite Absolut Glam might not work fast this week, but trainer Danny O'Brien said the filly was at peak fitness.

O'Brien plans to inspect Absolut Glam at Eagle Farm tomorrow to see if she needs a workout after she arrived by plane in Brisbane yesterday.

"She travelled well and I booked with Desleigh Forster at Eagle Farm on the recommendation of Peter Moody," O'Brien said.

"She might be better going into the race with a bit of trot and cantering and a swim or two."

Absolut Glam firmed from $9 to $4.50 favourite for Monday's $1 million Magic Millions Trophy (1600m) after O'Brien said she would start.

"She is coming back from the 1600m, so fitness is not an issue with me," O'Brien said.
