First foal for Newmarket winner Shamexpress
The first foal by Group One-winning Australian sprinter Shamexpress has been born at Windsor Park Stud, home to the powerhouse son of champion sire O’Reilly.
The well bred bay filly, who is out of New Age Rocka, a three-quarter sister to Gr.1 AJC Flight Stakes winner Danglissa, arrived bright and healthy at the Cambridge farm at 11pm on August 10th.
“She is a cracker”, commented Windsor Park studmaster Rodney Schick.
“Any stud would be proud of a well conformed foal like this and we’ve got plenty more foals by Shamexpress to come which is exciting”.
Shamexpress will stand his second season at Windsor Park where his fee has been confirmed at NZD$12,500 + GST.
