PRICE IS RIGHT FOR KAH
A bold courageous ride from Jamie Kah saw Rights Of Man claim a thrilling victory in the last race on Day 1 of famed Warrnambool Carnival.
After drawing wide in Barrier 12, Kah took the son of Snitzel back in the field before weaving between horses in the straight and letting go with a scintillating burst to claim victory.
Kah had to win the race twice as a protest was fired in giving how willing it was in the driving finish. But stewards ultimately adjudicated that the right result was seen with Rights Of Man claiming the win.
The win has trainer Danny O’Brien excited that the half-brother to stars Shooting To Win and Deep Field might take the next step this preparation.
"He showed an excellent turn of foot and I am hopeful that he will now be able to build on the enormous potential he shown early in his career," O'Brien said.
