Stakes assignment awaits in-form mare

Remember The Name is set for a stakes test on a seven-day back-up after she cantered home over 1800m at Caulfield on Saturday.

The four-year-old's win bought up a race-to-race double for trainer Danny O'Brien, who immediately set his sights on a 2000m mares listed race at Morphettville next weekend.

"She has been ultra-consistent this preparation and the way she easily handled this field today, she deserves her chance at black-type today," O'Brien said.

"She really appreciated getting toe into the track today as she has been racing on firm surfaces through the summer and she has appreciated the conditions today."

Ridden by Brett Prebble, Remember The Name settled back in the field before coming with a sweeping around the turn to secure the victory and be eased down on the line.

The win followed O'Brien's earlier win with Order Of Command making successive metro doubles for the in-form stable.
