BREEZING ON BY

Staying filly Breeze N Luna started her second preparation in fine style with a soft win at Geelong on Tuesday.

The daughter of Mongolian Khan was too classy for her rivals in the 1400m maiden event on the heavy track.

Jockey Damian Lane was quick to point out post race that he thought the three-year-old filly didn't appreciated the rain-affected conditions.

"She slipped a few times, so I wouldn't say she is a wet tracker. I think she will improve once she gets on top of the ground," Lane said.

"The stable was confident leading into the race and had given her a chance at better level last prep in the Oaks Trial, so to see her come back this preparation and perform is no surprise."
