Bullpit adds a third state to his CV

A great piece of placement and an excellent front-running ride saw Bullpit win a metropolitan race in a third state at the weekend.

The son of Speed N Power had previously won races at Moonee Valley in Victoria and Morphettville in South Australia and on Saturday added New South Wales to the list with a strong win at Canterbury.

Apprentice jockey Brodie Loy took the sprinter straight to the front in the field of four and after being challenged by the hot favourite at the top of the straight the gelding dug deep to win impressively.

The win was his fifth win of his career and took his stake earnings to almost $250,000.
