HOW FARHH FOR TATTERSALLS PURCHASE

Northern Hemisphere-bred Farhh Flung put in an impressive performance with an effortless maiden victory at Cranbourne on Thursday.

The three-year-old was sent out an odds-on favourite for the 1600m maiden event following consecutive second placings, and the punters faith was well-placed as the son of Farhh dominated the race to score by 2.25 lengths.

Jockey Jye McNeil said he was impressed with the improvement made by the gelding since the last time he rode him a race.

"I was impressed with him today, I didn't want to ride him too cute so I put him into the race and his effort to make a long sustained run was very good," McNeil said

"He has a nice future," McNeil said.
