RACK 'EM AND STACK(HOUSE) 'EM

Ride of the night was over early in Fridy night's Moonee Valley program after jockey Daniel Stackhouse led his rivals on a merry dance with McAdamin the 1523m maiden event. 

Stackhouse made use of a good break from the gates to take the three-year-old straight to the top in the 1523m event and he was able to control the tempo of the race from there. 

"Coming to the turn, I let him slide a little and I was pretty confident from there as I knew we had the others chasing," Stackhouse said post race. 

"You have to be pretty good to run down horse that surges so well into the corner like he did and he kept going soundly to the line which makes me think he will be able to go on with as he steps up in grade."

McAdam is raced by the Victorian Alliance and now has a win and two placings from his first five career starts.
