THINKING ALL ABOUT HARRY

Thinxzo bounced back into the winner's circle thanks to a gem Harry Coffey ride at Werribee on Monday.

The son of So You Think  finished ninth at Ararat at his last start after getting no favours in the run, but it was different story for connections this time out. 

The Caulfield Cup winning jockey made use of the good gate to have the four-year-old settled in the one-out, one-back position in the 1600m event.

"It worked out perfectly from the gate and we always traveled like the winner," Coffey said.

"He hit the front and thought we might run away with it, but he had a think and waited for them a bit, so there is more there which is encouraging that he could win without fully applying himself." 

Thinxzo now has two wins and four placings from his 12 career starts.
